"I gave up all that inferior stuff so I could know Christ personally, experience his resurrection power, be a partner in his suffering, and go all the way with him to death itself." ~Philippians 3:10

On and on it goes...

Another day, another protest, more violence. It just goes on and on. Today the demonstration was down in El Centro (the center of downtown). It might have struck a new low as some fools among the demonstrators attacked a congressman. Unbelievable. The fact of the matter is that whether you think we had a coup here or a constitutional succesion of power, the congressman are duly elected officials. They are representatives of the people and are "legitimately" still holding their elected office. Why attack them? That seems like a pretty clear criminal act and not a way to allow people to sympathize with your cause. Tanto (Dumb).

They have also uncovered evidence that the molotov bombs are being made in two university laboratories. One is the same school, UNAH, that was the scene of last Wednesday's major confrontation. It is interesting to note that the chancellor of that school filed charges against the police for their actions there that day. She was thrown to the ground and has since released official statements condemning the police and accusing them for all the violence. It will certainly be interesting if they can prove that the school labs are being used to make the molotov bombs.

There has been a call from the resistance leaders for more of the same tomorrow.

Grace & peace.
