My daughter Ryan and her husband JC live in Miami and have been affected by Hurricane Wilma. There has been damage to their apartment building and the power is out. They are estimating that they will be in the dark until November 22nd. In talking to her today, she said that it is really strange to be in the midst of a blackout. They ate cold peas and soup for dinner tonight and waited over three hours to get a bag of ice. FEMA has little in the way of supplies left and the shelves in stores that are open are pretty slim. Keep them in your thoughts.
