gracious father... i ask for your grace as we enter this lenten season. draw us deeper into your presence. in the name of our savior, amen.

i have worked out my lenten observances. it entails two things, one is something to do and one is something to do without. they really go together as i will be doing during the time when i am doing without. it is more of a weekly thing as opposed to a daily thing.
